Jesse A Perez
Jesse Perez, 36
Oak and Lily Boutique Spa
122 E Broadway Ave, Moses Lake, WA
Born and raised in Moses Lake, Washington, Jesse’s life was one of adventure, hard work, and devotion to the people he loved. From a young age, he was known for his ability to work with his hands—gardening, building, fixing, or creating. He had a unique gift for taking pride in every project, no matter how big or small, and he carried that same commitment into his relationships with family, friends, and his brothers on the road.
In 2021, Jesse and his wife, Stephanie Perez, opened Oak & Lily Boutique Spa in Moses Lake. Side by side, they built more than just a business—they created a place of beauty, peace, and community. While Stephanie poured her heart into serving clients, Jesse stood behind her with steady encouragement, support, and dedication. Oak & Lily is not only a reflection of their hard work, but also a lasting part of Jesse’s legacy that will continue to bless others for years to come.
Jesse was also a proud member of both the Road Brothers Motorcycle Club and the Gypsy Jokers Motorcycle Club. His loyalty, honor, and respect for his brothers ran deep, and the bonds he shared within his club families shaped much of who he was. On the road and off, Jesse carried himself with integrity and strength. His club memberships were not just patches on a vest—they were brotherhoods he lived and breathed with pride.
Above all, Jesse cherished his family. He was a devoted husband to Stephanie and a proud father to his three sons, Seth, Ashtin, and Chase, who were his greatest joy in life. He loved being present for them, supporting their journeys, and showing them the importance of resilience and loyalty.
Jesse is also survived by his mother, Joan Whipps, his father Marcos Perez, and Amy Perez; and inlaws Mark Delong and Walter and Tonya Turner. He will be deeply missed by his brothers Justin, Erick, Cameron, Rowdy, and Jason; sisters Brittany, Shayla, Adrianna, and Sierra; sisters-in-law Shannon and Kimberly; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and countless friends. Each of them carries their own story of how Jesse touched their lives, whether through laughter, guidance, or simply his unforgettable presence.
Those who knew Jesse will remember him for his sharp humor, his unmatched strength, and the way he could light up a room just by walking into it. He had a rare ability to connect with people from all walks of life, leaving them feeling valued and seen. His love, loyalty, and faith were the cornerstones of his life, and they remain an enduring example for all who were blessed to know him.
As we honor Jesse’s life, may his memory point others toward Christ, whom he came to love and trust deeply.
“Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” – Acts 2:38
