Rebecca "Becky" Schoultz, 64
Becky was born on Sept. 2, 1961 in Fullerton, California to James and Dorothy Weitzel. The family initially lived in Anaheim, but later moved to Washington state and settled in the Ephrata area, where Becky graduated from the local high school in 1979.
Becky lived her life defined by warmth, generosity, and an unwavering devoting to the people she loved. She always put others before herself. She was a wonderful cook and loved to feed people. Her ability to make others feel loved and cared for left a lasting impact.
Becky was preceded in death by her parents James and Dorothy Weitzel and her brother Paul.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years, John; daughter Catie (Chris) Schoultz; son Dan (Tenaya) Schoultz; two adorable grandchildren; four brothers, Jim Weitzel, Randy (Pam) Weitzel, Mike Weitzel, Brian (Wendy) Weitzel; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Services will be held Saturday, Aug. 22, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 4521 N. Arden Rd, Otis Orchards, WA 99027
