About the Role

The City of Ephrata is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Administrative Services Manager/City Clerk to join its Executive Team. This position provides high-level administrative and operational support to the City Administrator, Mayor, and City Council, and serves in a statutory capacity as City Clerk. The role is responsible for overseeing core administrative functions, supporting legislative processes, and ensuring the integrity and transparency of City operations.

This position also manages key organizational functions including human resources administration, records management, public information and communications, and strategic coordination efforts. The ideal candidate exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality, communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and thrives in a dynamic municipal environment that requires professionalism, adaptability, and independent leadership.
