Colin Richard Hoey, 36, Puyallup, pled guilty to third-degree assault, one month in jail with option for 25 days’ electronic monitoring and credit for five days served, 12 months’ community custody, no contact with victim, submit to substance use evaluation and any recommended treatment, no alcohol, restitution to be determined.

Anabel Nunez, 33, Quincy, pled guilty to attempted second-degree burglary, 16.5 months in prison, 2022 residential drug offender sentencing alternative order revoked, restitution to be determined, banned from Walmart properties for five years.
Darian Jeanie Arlene Morgan, 30, Ritzville, pled guilty to second-degree burglary, third-degree assault, 24 months’ community custody/residential substance use disorder treatment-based alternative, no alcohol or controlled substances without a valid prescription, obtain approval for residence location and living arrangements.
Kalin Ray Blair, 37, Yakima, 364 days in jail with 349 days suspended and 15 days converted to 120 hours of community service, complete “Thinking for a Change” course, obtain approval for residence location and living arrangements, restitution to be determined.

Jamie J. Martinez, 34, Moses Lake, pled guilty to harassment (two counts), 364 days in jail with 334 days suspended and 26.5 days converted to 212 hours of community service, restitution of $1,514 to one victim, no contact with four victims, obtain anger management evaluation and treatment.
Gregory Alan Ringler, 39, Denver, Colorado, pled guilty to attempted possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance (flunitrazepam), 30 days in jail with 26 days converted to 208 hours of community service, no alcohol or controlled substances without a valid prescription, obtain approval for residence location and living arrangements, banned from Gorge Amphitheater properties in the 700 block of Silica Road NW in Grant County.

Casey Orion Kolb, 31, Wenatchee, pled guilty to attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle (endangerment enhancement), obstructing a law enforcement officer, 16 months and one day in prison.

SUPERIOR COURT
Lawsuit filed over alleged Gorge dogbite
A King County woman has filed a Feb. 9 civil lawsuit in Grant County Superior Court against Live Nation Entertainment LLC of Sammamish, which operates The Gorge Amphitheater near George, and AK9 LLC of Otis Orchards, which provides canine security services at the venue.
The plaintiff, Abigail Walla, alleges she was bitten on the right thigh by a security dog while passing through a checkpoint to attend the Beyond Wonderland electronic music festival at the amphitheater on the evening of June 21, 2025.
According to the lawsuit, Walla sustained puncture wounds, abrasions, and scarring through no fault, carelessness or negligence on her part. She is seeking unspecified damages for medical and health care expenses, pain and suffering, permanent partial disability and disfigurement; loss of consortium, earnings, and enjoyment; and attorney fees. Walla is represented by attorney Jeffrey L. Herman of Seattle.
The defendants, which also include up to 10 unnnamed or unidentified employees, have not yet responded to the lawsuit and no trial date has been set.
The following criminal defendants were sentenced by Grant County Superior Court Judge Anna Gigliotti:
Tyler David Maurer, 30, Moses Lake, pled guilty to fourth-degree assault, 364 days in jail with 361 days suspended and credit for three days served, no contact with victim.
Donald William Gutierrez, 45, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree burglary, four months in jail, restitution of $730 to the Moses Lake Walmart, banned from the premises for 10 years.
