Brandon Lain Terwisscha, 38, Moses Lake, pled guilty to first-degree criminal trespass, 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, restitution to be determined.
Kaitlyn Dale Hember, 28, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, first-degree escape, 12-plus months in prison, restitution to be determined, prohibited from coming onto Walmart store properties in Ephrata and Moses Lake and the Winco store property in Moses Lake.
Ryan Charles Mahaney Jr., 38, Moses Lake, pled guilty to third-degree assault, 45 days in jail with option for electronically monitored home detention, 12 months’ community custody, anger management evaluation and any recommended treatment, no contact with victim.
Jacqueline Rodriguez Hernandez, 25, Ephrata, pled guilty to harassment (domestic violence), 364 days in jail with 364 days suspended.
Truman K. Erickson, 34, Kirkland, pled guilty to attempted second-degree assault (domestic violence), one day in jail, 12 months’ community custody, complete domestic violence moral reconation therapy, $500 fee for court-appointed attorney, restitution to be determined.
