The following have been granted decrees for dissolution of marriage:
Vaneza Palacios and Erik Hernandez Lopez, married May 19, 2012 at Royal City.
Andrea Lynch and Thomas Lynch, married Dec. 13, 2014 at Carmel, California. The petitioner’s name was changed to Andrea Carolina Salinas Erazo.
Jeremiah James Gilbert and Nancy Lynn Gilbert, married Aug. 16, 2021 in Grays Harbor County. The respondent’s name was changed to Nancy Lynn Merrell.
SUPERIOR COURT
The following defendants were sentenced by Grant County Superior Court Judge Anna Gigliotti:
Hilda Bertha Matus, 51, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree rendering criminal assistance, 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and 10 days converted to 80 hours of community service.
Carlos Hector Rodriguez, 46, Othello, violation of a court protection order, 364 days in jail with 301 days suspended and credit for 63 days served.
Juan Isai Espinoza Paz, 23, Othello, pled guilty to attempted second-degree burglary, 47 days in jail, restitution to be determined to Washington Fruit and Produce of Royal City, banned from premises for five years.
