SUPERIOR COURT
The following defendants were sentenced in Grant County Superior Court:
JUDGE ANNA GIGLIOTTI
Yvonne Ann Garcia, 41, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, third-degree malicious mischief, six months in jail, 12 months’ community custody, submit to mental health evaluation and any recommended treatment, no contact with victim.
Raymond Ramirez, 26, Moses Lake, pled guilty to first-degree malicious mischief, harassment, three months in jail with credit for 15 days served and 75 days converted to electronically monitored home detention, restitution of $668 to the City of Moses Lake, no contact with Moses Lake Circle K for two years, complete alcohol/drug information school within 90 days, not drive a motor vehicle without a valid license.
Adam Roy Matheson, 31, Moses Lake, pled guilty to residential burglary (domestic violence), third-degree malicious mischief (domestic violence), 364 days in jail with one day served and 363 days suspended, complete anger management class, obtain mental health evaluation and any recommended treatment, no contact with victim.
Jesse Wayne Humphrey, 28, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree trafficking in stolen property, 364 days in jail with credit for one day served, restitution to be determined for Sportsmans Warehouse of Moses Lake, submit to cognitive behavorial program within 90 days, banned from Sportsmans Warehouse premises.
JUDGE TYSON HILL
Juanita Marie Vickers, 39, Spokane, pled guilty to possession of a stolen vehicle, 22 months in prison, $500 in court assessments, no contact with Bud Clary Toyota of Yakima for 10 years.

Hilda Bertha Matus, 51, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree rendering criminal assistance, 90 days in jail with 80 days suspended and 10 days converted to 80 hours of community service.
Carlos Hector Rodriguez, 46, Othello, violation of a court protection order, 364 days in jail with 301 days suspended and credit for 63 days served.
Juan Isai Espinoza Paz, 23, Othello, pled guilty to attempted second-degree burglary, 47 days in jail, restitution to be determined to Washington Fruit and Produce of Royal City, banned from premises for five years.
