In public records published on Nov. 13, 2025, GCJ.news incorrectly reported the name of the respondent in a court petition for dissolution of marriage. The petitioner and respondent in the divorce filing are Annelise Plaisted and Kurtis Plaisted.

Alexis Elizabeth Marie Earley and Drake Emory Love-Puglisi, married June 25, 2019 at Moses Lake.
Ronald T. Johnson and Jodene Marie Peck, married Dec. 31, 2014 at Westport
James Christopher Reigstad Sr. and Yvonne Rochelle Reigstad, married May 15, 2008 at Las Vegas, Nevada. The respondent’s name was changed to Yvonne Rochelle Yzaguirre.
SUPERIOR COURT
The following defendant was sentenced by Grant County Superior Court Judge Anna Gigliotti:
Katerina Leeann Ferguson, 29, Moses Lake, pled guilty to first-degree theft from a vulnerable adult, 30-day jail term converted to 240 hours of community service, restitution of $8,200, no contact with victim for five years.
