The following have been granted decrees for dissolution of marriage:
Marisol Garza Pruneda and Nathaniel Henry Pruneda, married June 1, 2005 at Ephrata.
Kathy Ann Stebbins and Christopher Craig Stebbens, married Feb. 19, 2000 at Bethlehem, New Hampshire. The petitioner’s name was changed to Katrianna Aurora Zoll.
Carin M. Kocha and Larry J. Kocha, married June 15, 2018 at Tacoma. The petitioner’s name was changed to Carin Margaret Lyons.
Jean Marie Pederson and Roger Lee Pederson, married Jan. 1, 2007 at Ephrata. The petitioner’s name was changed to Jean Marie Mofford.
SUPERIOR COURT
The following defendants were sentenced in Grant County Superior Court:
JUDGE ANNA GIGLIOTTI
Javier Ramos Ramirez, 29, Quincy, pled guilty to second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of third-degree assault with a weapon (criminal negligence/bodily harm), 38 months in prison, obtain state approval upon release for residence location and education and/or employment, no controlled substances without a valid prescription, restitution to be determined, no contact with seven victims.
Miguel Angel Urena, 31, Moses Lake, pled guilty to unlawful carrying or handling a weapon apparently capable of producing bodily harm, 364 days in jail with six days served and 358 days suspended.
