DIVORCES GRANTED

The following have been granted decrees for dissolution of marriage:

Isidro Morfin and Christina Renae Fayard, married Nov. 20, 2014 at Mattawa.

Briana Melseth and Austin Melseth, married May 16, 2015 at Soap Lake.

Inna Pashkovskiy and Roman Pashkovskiy, married Nov. 9, 2013 at Moses Lake. The petitioner’s name was changed to Inna Dovhalets.  

SUPERIOR COURT

The following defendants were sentenced in Grant County Superior Court:

Judge Anna Gigliotti

Alex Eduardo Alvizurez, 35, Moses Lake, pled guilty to fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), 364 days in jail with 191 days suspended, restitution to be determined.

Refugio Hinojosa, 41, Moses Lake, pled guilty to telephone harassment (domestic violence, prior conviction), violation of a court protection order (domestic violence), 12 months and one day in prison, no contact with victim.

Miguel Mario Ramirez, 38, Warden, pled guilty to second-degree burglary, four months in jail, restitution to be determined.   

Judge Jennifer Richardson

Miguel Angel Armenta Ponce, 21, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree theft, second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, eight months in jail with May 15 hearing for consideration of electronically monitored home detention, no contact with victim.
