The following criminal defendants were sentenced in Grant County Superior Court:
JUDGE TYSON HILL
Miguel Angel Lopez Montes, 38, Ephrata, pled guilty to reckless endangerment, 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended.
Myra Lucero Valencia, 39, Othello, pled guilty to third-degree retail theft with special circumstances, 90 days in jail, banned from the premises of the Dollar General, Marshalls, Safeway, and Ulta Beauty stores of Moses Lake for five years.
JUDGE MELISSA CHLARSON
Sean Stuart Perry, 60, Wenatchee, pled guilty to third-degree retail theft with special circumstances, 30 days in jail with 29 days converted to 232 hours of community service and credit for one day served, restitution to be determined for the Moses Lake Walmart store.
Carlos Javier Rivera, 19, Moses Lake, pled guilty to fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), 364 days in jail with 364 days suspended, attend and complete moral reconation therapy or anger management class.

JUDGE MELISSA CHLARSON
Andres Espino Jr., 43, Moses Lake, pled guilty to criminal mischief with a deadly weapon (domestic violence), 41 months in prison, no contact with the victim.
Dawn Marie Gilbert, 41, Moses Lake, pled guilty to possession of a stolen vehicle, 24 months’ community custody, submit to state-certified substance-abuse disorder treatment program, no alcohol or controlled substances without a valid prescription.
Jordan Charles Valle, 29, Royal City, pled guilty to first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree theft, 364 days in jail with 334 days suspended, restitution to be determined for the Ephrata Walmart store, banned from Walmart premises.
Wyatt Isaiah Faircloth, 26, Moses Lake, pled guilty to felony harassment/threats to kill (domestic violence), 30 days in jail, submit to substance abuse and domestic violence evaluations and any recommended treatments, no alcohol or controlled substances without a valid prescription, no contact with the victim.
Nathan Ryan Steinmetz, 44. Zillah, pled guilty to second-degree malicious mischief, 10 days in jail, restitution to be determined for Laura Elsie Vandemeer, Ziggy’s Building Material, and NAPA Auto Parts, all of Moses Lake.
Robert Gerald Capshaw, 46, Grand Coulee, pled guilty to second-degree vehicle prowl, 364 days in jail with 304 days suspended, restitution to be determined for Heather N. Chapman of Grand Coulee, submit to anger management program.
Teresa Marie Martinez, 55, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree theft, 38 days in jail, restitution of $3,641 for Lowe’s Home Improvement of Moses Lake, banned from Lowe’s Home Improvement premises.
JUDGE ANNA GIGLIOTTI
Teryn Taylor Thomas, 34, Moses Lake, pled guilty to first-degree criminal trespass (domestic violence), fourth-degree assault, 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended and five days converted to 40 hours of community service, $800 in court assessments, participate in moral reconation treatment program, no contact with victim.
Justin Ray Eisele, 32, Richland, pled guilty to first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, 33 months in prison, 33 months’ community custody upon release, no alcohol or controlled substances without a valid prescription.
