The following have been granted decrees for dissolution of marriage:

Dania M. Heredia and Marco A. Heredia Perez, married March 23, 2019 at Quincy.

SUPERIOR COURT

The following defendants were sentenced by Grant County Superior Court Judge Jennifer Richardson:

Ricardo Ante Rodriguez, 37, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree animal cruelty, 180 days in jail with 150 days suspended.

Jason Lee Graham, 48, Ephrata, pled guilty to fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), harassment (domestic violence), unlawful imprisonment (domestic violence), nine months in jail, 12 months’ community custody, submit to substance abuse evaluation and any recommended treatment, no contact with victim.

Mason Alijah Guerra, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, six months in jail, 12 months’ community custody, no controlled substances without a valid prescription, submit to anger management treatment and moral reconation therapy, restitution to be determined, no contact with victim.
