The following defendants were sentenced in Grant County Superior Court:
Judge Anna Gigliotti
Michael Barajas Cera Barajas, 30, Royal City, pled guilty to fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), 364 days in jail with 313 days suspended and credit for 51 days served, restitution to be determined, no alcohol or drugs without valid prescription, no contact with victim, submit to substance-use evaluation and any recommended treatment.

Angel Nathaniel Alvarez Hernandez, 22, Othello, pled guilty to harassment (gross misdemeanor), 364 days in jail with 263 days suspended, complete anger management class, no contact with victim.
Leobardo E. Ramos Delgado, 26, George, pled guilty to attempting to elude a police vehicle, two months in jail, restitution to be determined.
Phillip Daniel Burrs, 44, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree burglary, resisting arrest, 120 days in jail with 90 days suspended and 30 days converted to 240 hours of community service, restitution to be determined, banned from Apex Cannabis of Moses Lake.
Brandon Lee Holman, 34, Moses Lake, pled guilty to attempted stalking (domestic violence), violation of a court protection order (domestic violence), 10 months in jail beginning Nov. 6, two other 364-day jail terms, 12 months’ community custody, no alcohol or drugs without valid prescription, submit to substance use and domestic violence evaluations and any recommended treatments, no contact with victim, restitution to be determined.
Jesus Christopher Valle Sanchez, 20, Moses Lake, pled guilty to unlawful possession of a short-barreled firearm, 30 days in jail with 27 days converted to 218 hours of community service.
Filiberto Arrieta Jr., 23, Moses Lake, pled guilty to first-degree robbery, first-degree burglary, second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, 66 months in prison, 18 months’ community custody, complete cognitive behavior therapy course, restitution to be determined to three victims, no contact with victims.
