Imer Uriel Mancilla Angel, 25, Moses Lake, pled guilty to two counts of second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, third-degree assault with a weapon, third-degree malicious mischief, 13 months in prison, 18 months’ community custody, no alcohol or drugs without a valid prescription, obtain approval for residence and living arrangements, restitution to be determined, no contact with three victims.
Cody Cole Carlsen, 35, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree burglary (two counts), first-degree theft, theft of a motor vehicle, second-degree possession of stolen property, 24 months’ community custody, complete moral reconation therapy, no alcohol or drugs without a valid prescription, obtain approval for residence and living arrangements, restitution totaling $2,793 to two victims and amounts to be determined for other victims.
Tamra Lynn Routley, 59, Coulee City, pled guilty to disorderly conduct, 90-day jail term suspended, restitution to be determined to two victims, no contact with victims.
Kevin Scott Waner, 25, Moses Lake, pled guilty to unlawful carrying or handling of a weapon apparently capable of producing bodily harm, 364 days in jail with 334 days suspended and 30 days converted to 240 hours of community service, $700 in court assessments, no contact with victim.
Arturo Julian Rodriguez, 25, Moses Lake, pled guilty to felony harassment of a criminal justice participant, one month in jail.
