SUPERIOR COURT

The following defendants were sentenced by Grant County Superior Court Judge Melissa Chlarson:

Curtis Michael Ames Jr., 41, Mill Creek, pled guilty to forgery, 90 days in jail, no contact with victims.

Johnny Alvarez, 19, Warden, pled guilty to unlawful aiming or discharging a firearm or dangerous weapon, 364 days in jail with 338 days suspended.

Joshua Terrell Adams, 33, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, attempted possession, manufacture, or delivery of methamphetamine, 33 months in prison, 12 months’ community custody, no alcohol or drugs without a valid prescription, obtain prior approval of education, employment, and living arrangement; submit to substance use evaluation and any recommended treatment.
