Augustine Rosas Lozano, 27, Moses Lake, pled guilty to violation of a court protection order (domestic violence, prior conviction), 19 months in prison, 19 months’ community custody, obtain prior approval for residence location and living arrangements, no alcohol or drugs without valid prescription, $15 protection order violation fee, restitution to be determined, no contact with victim.
Ryan Wesley Winzler, 45, Moses Lake, pled guilty to solicitation to possess, deliver, or manufacture a controlled substance (not methamphetamine), 364 days in jail with 360 days suspended.
Marco Antonio Chavez Diaz, 40, Moses Lake, pled guilty to residential burglary (domestic violence), violation of a court protection order (domestic violence), 375 days in jail with 364 days suspended and 15 days converted to 120 hours of community service, submit to evaluations and any recommended treatment for domestic violence, mental health and substance use; no contact with victim.

Austin Allen Spurgeon, 32, Moses Lake, pled guilty to first-degree burglary, second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, 36 months in prison, 18 months’ community custody, restitution to be determined to four victims, no contact with victims.
Lisa Ann Valdez, 48, Soap Lake, pled guilty to second-degree reckless burning, 364 days in jail with credit for 133 days service and 231 days suspended, restitution to be determined.
Jamie Jerison West, 32, Moses Lake, pled guilty to theft of a firearm, second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, 45 months in prison, restitution to be determined, no contact with victim.
Gerardo Obed Mar, 19, Moses Lake, pled guilty to harassment, 364 days in jail with 351 days suspended, complete a cognitive behavioral course within 60 days, no contact with victim.
Rafael Diaz Chavez, 22, Ephrata, pled guilty to second-degree burglary, zero days in jail, complete anger management counseling, $1,500 in attorney fees, restitution to be determined.

Tristan Lee Elliott, 25, Ephrata/Moses Lake, pled guilty to fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), violation of a court no-contact/protection order (domestic violence), 364-day jail term suspended, $15 mandatory violation fine, 12 months’ community custody, no alcohol or controlled substances without a valid prescription, obtain state Department of Corrections approval for residence and living arrangement, obtain substance use disorder evaluation and any recommended treatment, complete domestic violence treatment program.

Robert Gerald Capshaw, 46, Grand Coulee, pled guilty to third-degree malicious mischief, 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, $300 restitution to victim.
