DIVORCES GRANTED

The following have been granted decrees for dissolution of marriage:

Sharon R. Hines and Shawn C. Hines, married Jan. 9, 2012 at Soap Lake. The petitioner’s name was changed to Sharon Ruthann Parks.

SUPERIOR COURT

The following defendants were sentenced by Grant County Superior Court Judge Jennifer Richardson:

Roxanne Murray, 48, Moses Lake, pled guilty to attempted second-degree burglary, one month in jail with credit for two days served and 28 days converted to 224 hours of community service, restitution to be determined to Ephrata Walmart, banned from Walmart properties for five years.

Robert Gerald Capshaw, 46, Grand Coulee, pled guilty to third-degree malicious mischief, 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, $300 restitution to victim.
