SUPERIOR COURT

The following defendants were sentenced by Grant County Superior Court Judge Anna Gigliotti:

Trisha Renee Merrill, 30, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree burglary (two counts), second- and third-degree theft, 33 months in prison.

Jonathan Thomas Pray, 26, Soap Lake, pled guilty to possession of a stolen vehicle, three months in jail, restitution to be determined.

Ashley Nicole Alldredge, 35, Colville, pled guilty to third-degree retail theft with special circumstances, 15-day jail term converted to 120 hours of community service. 

Adrian Ramos, 27, Othello, pled guilty to unlawful carrying or handling of a weapon apparently capable of producing bodily harm, 364 days in jail with 352 days suspended and 12 days converted to 96 hours of community service, restitution to be determined, complete defensive driving course, have no contact with victim. 

Jesus Miranda-Mendoza, 22, Mattawa, pled guilty to residential burglary (two counts), first- and second-degree theft, 30-day jail term converted to 240 hours of community service, six months’ community custody, restitution totaling $1,820, no contact with two victims.

Anthony James Danhoover Hosking, 34, Moses Lake, pled guilty to first-degree theft (three counts), six months in jail with option for electronically monitored home detention, restitution of $237, banned from Moses Lake Walmart and Winco Foods properties for 10 years.

Sergio Herrera Jiron, 25, Moses Lake, pled guilty to attempted possession with intent to manufacture or distribute a controlled substance, six months in jail, 12 months’ community custody, no controlled substances without valid prescription, obtain approval for residence location and living arrangements, submit to substance use evaluation and any recommended treatment.

Asia Jessel Alvarado, 23, Moses Lake, pled guilty to third-degree retail theft with special circumstances, 20 days in jail, restitution to be determined for Moses Lake businesses of Famous Footwear, Leprekon Foods, and Marshall’s; no contact with victim businesses.

Todd Stephen Whitney, 45, Ritzville, pled guilty to possession with intent to manufacture or deliver controlled substances (three counts), 12 months and one day in prison, no alcohol or controlled substances without a valid prescription, submit to substance use evaluation and any recommended treatment, obtain approval for residence location and living arrangements.

Josette Marie Horton, 54, Newport, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance,  180-day jail term suspended, submit to substance use evaluation and any recommended treatment.

Amadeo Coronel Vera, 48, Quincy, pled guilty to felony harassment/threat to kill, felony harassment/threat to kill (domestic violence), 15-day jail term converted to 120 hours of community service, complete domestic violence batterer’s treatment or alternative cognitive behavioral therapy, obtain corrections approval for education, employment, residence and living arrangements, no contact with two victims.

Amador B. Gomez, 54, listed as transient, pled guilty to failure to register as a sex offender (two or more prior convictions), five months in jail, obtain corrections approval for residence location and living arrangements.

Fernando Fransisco Camarena Jr., 31, Wenatchee, pled guilty to attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, third-degree possession of stolen property, possession of dangerous weapons, first-degree malicious mischief, attempted possession of a stolen firearm, 31.5 months in prison, 28.5 months’ community custody, no alcohol or controlled substances without a valid prescription, obtain corrections approval for residence location and living arrangements.
