SUPERIOR COURT

The following defendants were sentenced by Grant County Superior Court Judge Jennifer Richardson:

Isrrael Trejo-Basurto, 22, Othello, pled guilty to unlawful imprisonment (domestic violence), witness tampering (domestic violence), fourth-degree assault, violation of a court no-contact/protection order (domestic violence), 12 months in jail, no contact with victim for five years.

Aaron Michael Garza, 40, Othello, pled guilty to attempting to elude a police vehicle, 24 months in prison. 

Amanda Joy Herger, 41, Soap Lake, pled guilty to second-degree burglary, third-degree assault (resisting arrest), 12 months in jail, restitution to be determined, no contact with victim for five years.

Alex Eduardo Alvizurez, 36, Moses Lake, pled guilty to fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), 364 days in jail with 301 days suspended and credit for 63 days already served.

Alfredo Ochoa Castaneda, 33, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree robbery, 17 months in prison, 18 months’ community custody, no controlled substances without a valid prescription, obtain approval for employment/education, residence location and living arrangements, restitution to be determined, no contact with victim.
