The following defendants were sentenced by Grant County Superior Court Judge Jennifer Richardson:
Ayden Alexander Doak, 19, Moses Lake, pled guilty to criminal mischief with a deadly weapon other than a firearm, six months and one day in jail, restitution to be determined; separate charges of prison riot and third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer were dismissed.
Colby Scott Delvin, 24, Kalispell, Montana, pled guilty to possession of a stolen vehicle, attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, driving under the influence, 364 days in jail with eight months suspended, restitution to be determined to Ritzville Warehouse, no contact with Ritzville Warehouse, obtain substance use disorder evaluation and any recommended treatment, complete DUI Victim’s Panel.

Quin D. Hemphill, 38, Moses Lake, convicted at jury trial of third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, harassment (misdemeanor), 55 months in prison, obtain approval of living arrangements and education or employment, no contact with victims, restitution to be determined.
Jack Donovan Demont III, 63, Moses Lake, pled guilty to harassment (gross misdemeanor), 364 day in jail with 344 days suspended and 10 days converted to 120 hours of community service, restitution to be determined, no contact with victims.
Abimael Velasco Garcia, 34, Moses Lake, pled guilty to unlawful imprisonment (domestic violence), fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), 364 days in jail with 349 days suspended and 15 days converted to 120 hours of community service, obtain approval for living arrangements, enter into domestic violence treatment program and complete alcohol/drug information school, no contact with victim.
Alberto Solis Hernandez, 32, Quincy, pled guilty to unlawful imprisonment (domestic violence), fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended and five days converted to 40 hours of community service, submit to domestic violence evaluation and any recommended treatment, no contact with victim.
Reynaldo Leroy Rodriguez Jr., 43, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second- and third-degree theft, 24 months in prison, $50 restitution to Yakima Safeway store.
Francisco Javier Araiza Jr., 30, Quincy, pled guilty to first-degree theft from a vulnerable adult, 30 days in jail, restitution to be determined, no contact with victim.
Carlos Javier Rivera, 19, Moses Lake, pled guilty to third-degree assault (domestic violence), 90 days in jail, 12 months’ community custody, submit to domestic violence evaluation and any recommended treatment.
