SUPERIOR COURT
The following defendants were sentenced by Grant County Superior Court Judge Melissa Chlarson:
Francisco Javier Garza, 41, Warden, pled guilty to three counts of first-degree child molestation, 114 months in prison, no contact with victim, no controlled substances without valid prescription, obtain state Department of Corrections approval upon release for residence location and living arrangements, prohibited from holding any position of authority or trust involving minors, restitution to be determined.
Travis Jay Morris, 26, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, 21 months in jail with 12 months suspended, banned from Moses Lake Winco Foods store property for 10 years.
Jupinder Singh, 54, Quincy, pled guilty to unlawful aiming or discharging a firearm or dangerous weapon, 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended and 10 days converted to 240 hours of community service, restitution to be determined, participate in an approved firearm safety course, no contact with a protected person.
Rafael Cordova Ramirez, 22, Moses Lake, pled guilty to third-degree assault (causing bodily harm/substantial pain), 90 days in jail, restitution to be determined, no contact with two victims.
Jordan Tyler Wheeler, 20, Puyallup, pled guilty to attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, 10-day jail term converted to 80 hours of community service, restitution to be determined.
Drason J. Longoria, 18, Quincy, pled guilty to unlawful carrying of a concealed weapon, 90 days in jail with 75 days suspended, restitution to be determined, complete an online course of “corrective thinking” within 90 days.
