Adolfo Chavez Moso, 30, Moses Lake, pled guilty to fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), obstructing a law enforcement officer, 364 days in jail with 297 days suspended, submit to mental health evaluation and any recommended treatment.
Joseph Leroy Coburn, 62, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree theft, 51 days in jail with credit for 51 days served, restitution to be determined, banned from Lowes Home Improvement and Safeway properties in Moses Lake for five years.
Cornelio (Ramiro) Acale, also known as Reymundo Ontiveros Rubio, 59, Moses Lake, pled guilty to third-degree rape of a child, charges of first- and second-degree kidnapping dismissed, 14 months in prison, 24 months’ community custody, restitution to be determined, no contact with victim for five years.
JUDGE TYSON HILL
Paul James Martinez, 59, Ephrata, pled guilty to criminal mischief with a deadly weapon (domestic violence), 15 days in jail, 12 months’ community custody, complete a cognitive behavioral therapy course, restitution to be determined, no contact with victim for five years.
Jose Jesus Espinoza Jr., 35, Quincy, pled guilty to attempted manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, six months in jail, 12 months’ community custody, no possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription.
Marco Antonio Castanon Fernandez, 43, Soap Lake, pled guilty to fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), 364 days in jail with 359 days suspended, submit to substance use disorder evaluation and any recommended treatment, no contact with victim.

The following defendants were sentenced by Grant County Superior Court Judge Anna Gigliotti:
Maximo Hernandez-Ponce, 46, Mattawa, pled guilty to second-degree assault (domestic violence) with a deadly weapon enhancement, violation of a court protection order (domestic violence), unlawful imprisonment (domestic violence), 25 months in prison, submit to substance abuse evaluation and any recommended treatment, complete domestic violence batterer’s treatment or approved behavioral therapy alternative, restitution to be determined, no contact with victim.
Sourabh Sharma, 29, Moses Lake, pled guilty to driving under the influence, hit-and-run (attended vehicle), 364 days in jail with 15 days converted to 120 hours of community service, $1,450 in court assessments and restitution to be determined.
Guillermina Gutierrez, 45, Royal City, pled guilty to first-degree theft (welfare fraud), 15-day jail term converted to 120 hours of community service, restitution of $28,772 to the Washington Department of Social and Health Services.
Trevor Edward Robinson, 24, Moses Lake, pled guilty to first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, 23.75 months in prison, 23.75 months’ community custody, no alcohol or controlled substances without a valid prescription.

Gene Leroy Lippincott, 81, Othello, pled guilty to fourth-degree assault, 364-day jail term suspended, $700 in court assessments plus restitution to be determined, no contact with victim, banned from Moses Lake Safeway store premises.
Debra Nicole Russo-Wright, 42, Yakima, pled guilty to second-degree burglary, two months in jail, no contact with victim or property.
Ellisha Marie Green, 40, Soap Lake, pled guilty to third-degree theft, 364 days in jail with 356 days suspended and eight days converted to 64 hours of community service, $600 restitution to Hawk Fuel of Ephrata, complete theft awareness or comparable class.

Travis Jay Morris, 26, Moses Lake, pled guilty to second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, 21 months in jail with 12 months suspended, banned from Moses Lake Winco Foods store property for 10 years.
Jupinder Singh, 54, Quincy, pled guilty to unlawful aiming or discharging a firearm or dangerous weapon, 364 days in jail with 354 days suspended and 10 days converted to 240 hours of community service, restitution to be determined, participate in an approved firearm safety course, no contact with a protected person.
Rafael Cordova Ramirez, 22, Moses Lake, pled guilty to third-degree assault (causing bodily harm/substantial pain), 90 days in jail, restitution to be determined, no contact with two victims.
Jordan Tyler Wheeler, 20, Puyallup, pled guilty to attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle, 10-day jail term converted to 80 hours of community service, restitution to be determined.
Drason J. Longoria, 18, Quincy, pled guilty to unlawful carrying of a concealed weapon, 90 days in jail with 75 days suspended, restitution to be determined, complete an online course of “corrective thinking” within 90 days.
