SUPERIOR COURT
The following defendants were sentenced by Grant County Superior Court Judge Melissa Chlarson:
Anthony Juan Mancilla, 31, Moses Lake, pled guilty to fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), charge of attempted first-degree robbery dismissed, 364 days in jail with 363 days suspended.
Jacqueline Velazquez-Baustista, 21, Moses Lake, pled guilty to third-degree assault (two counts), 12 months’ community custody, no alcohol or controlled substances without a valid presciption, obtain substance use disorder evaluation and any recommended treatment, moral reconation therapy, restitution to be determined, no contact with victim for five years.
Leora Guery, 43, Moses Lake, pled guilty to first-degree criminal trespass, 364 days in jail with 362 days suspended, $275 restitution to the Ephrata Walmart, banned from Ephrata Walmart store property.
Tristan Lee Elliott, 25, Ephrata/Moses Lake, pled guilty to fourth-degree assault (domestic violence), violation of a court no-contact/protection order (domestic violence), 364-day jail term suspended, $15 mandatory violation fine, 12 months’ community custody, no alcohol or controlled substances without a valid prescription, obtain state Department of Corrections approval for residence and living arrangement, obtain substance use disorder evaluation and any recommended treatment, complete domestic violence treatment program.
